Brodbeck & de Barbuat are a duo of visual artists working with photography, video and installation. They are alumni of ENSP Arles. Currently fellow artists at the Villa Medicis in Rome, their work has been exhibited solo at the FoMu Museum of Photography, Antwerp (2012), the Institut Français du Japon-Kansai, Osaka (2014), the Maison de la Photographie, Lille (2014), the Chimney NYC (2016), and the Villa Medicis in Rome (2017). They have also participated in many group exhibitions. Brodbeck & de Barbuat have been awarded Nestle’s Grand Prix International de la Photographie, Vevey (2009), the Prix HSBC pour la photographie (2010), the Emerging Talent Award (2010), and the Prix Jeune Création (2013).
