Dominique Païni
Lives and works in Paris.
Dominique Païni has spent most of his professional life disseminating film culture and its relationship to the other arts. In 1991, he was appointed head of the Cinémathèque française. Afterwards, he was director of the Centre Pompidou. At the same time, he curated international exhibitions in France and North America. He has also written authoritative works on the relationship between film and the other arts.
