Since 2001, ParisBerlin>fotogroup, a non-profit organization founded by curator Christel Boget, has been committed to showing and promoting contemporary photography along the Paris-Berlin axis and in Europe.
Based in France and Germany, ParisBerlin>fotogroup has acquired expertise in organizing exhibitions and events featuring works from the collections of many photographers and institutions, as well as unique creations, with the aim of documenting specific themes.
The photographs reach the public in the form of projections, exhibitions and books. Between 2003 and 2018, Ms. Boget has also curated shows in France of works by Erich Lessing (Austria), Léon Herschritt (France) and Angelika Platen (Germany). In 2014, ParisBerlin>fotogroup founded the Monat der Fotografie-OFF festival in Berlin and the FOTOHAUS exhibition, which since 2022 has taken place every year in three cities: Bordeaux, Arles and Berlin.
