Florence Moll, a photographers’ agent and founder of the Paris agency FMA le Bureau, represents talents who create powerful personal works. Passionate about photography and other forms of visual creation, she has just founded HORS PISTE, which focuses on new digital spaces.
In 2017, she co-founded “Les Filles de la Photo”, the first women’s photography network, and she was the head of the Observatoire de la mixité dans l’écosystème de la Photographie (Observatory of gender diversity in the photography ecosystem) in 2020 and 2021. Ms. Moll is a photo school jury member, a portfolio reader at UPP and the Rencontres d’Arles, a curator, a nominator and a photography advisor for brands, institutions and private collectors.
